Providing Life-Changing Opportunities

Since 1973, Branches has been helping hardworking families and their children break the cycle of intergenerational poverty by providing them with life-changing opportunities to become better educated, more financially stable and able to make long-term, positive life choices. Branches is one of the only South Florida organizations using a 2 Generational Approach to provide holistic services and develop transformational relationships with both children AND their families.

This year, Branches is serving over 14,000 people through its three core programs:

  • Grow – The Grow Program serves elementary students helping students develop a love for learning and the social-emotional skills needed to stay engaged in school and life.
  • Climb – The Climb Program serves middle and high school students focusing on college and career preparation.
  • Achieve – The Achieve Programs offer financial wellness services to families including: one-on-one financial coaching, financial education, micro-business support, community IDs, transportation solutions, tax preparation and emergency services.
